• Pages visited and time spent on the site

2. How We Use Information

• To create and support your account, agent setup, and requested white-glove calls
• To process prepaid credits, top-ups, trials, or service payments
• To deliver the demo experience (chat and voice agent functionality)
• To prevent abuse (rate limiting, spam prevention)
• To improve our service through aggregated, non-identifying analytics
• To send transactional emails related to your signup, setup, billing, or service

3. Demo Conversations

Demo chat and voice interactions are processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, Google, Deepgram, and ElevenLabs) to generate responses. These conversations may be temporarily logged on our servers for quality, safety, and abuse prevention. We do not use demo conversation content for training models. Do not enter sensitive personal or business data into the demo.

4. Customer Confidentiality

The identities of companies using AutoPartsAgent.ai are treated as confidential. We do not disclose customer names, locations, or specific business details publicly without permission. Statistical and aggregate outcomes may be referenced without identifying specific customers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your information:

• Stripe: payment processing for credits, top-ups, trials, and service subscriptions
• Anthropic (Claude): AI text generation for the demo agent
• Google (Gemini Live): AI voice agent for the demo call
• Deepgram: speech-to-text for voice calls
• ElevenLabs: voice synthesis for voice calls
• Laximo: VIN decoding and OEM parts catalog lookups
• Email service provider: transactional and notification emails

Each third-party service is governed by its own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain signup, setup request, support, and demo conversation logs for as long as reasonably necessary to support your account or inquiry, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@autopartsagent.ai.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest, secure backend infrastructure, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. Please use strong, unique passwords and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
